Anandam World City spreads across a mammoth 180 acres. The plot is divided into three zones Villa, Apartment, PSP’s and Commercial. To have just one clubhouse between in such a large township is not feasible. It was therefore decided to have two clubhouses in AWC. Both the clubhouses however, have same amenities. And yes, to have two clubhouses in the same township is again unique feature in the city of Raipur.

How has the construction been planned of such a big township?

Anandam World City will be built in two phases. While the main entrance gate measuring acquiring 2 acres of landing size and central fountain measuring acquiring 1 acre of land in size are ready, the construction of Villas, Apartments, offices and retail space is under progress as part of first phase planning. The hospitals, commercial, apartments would be built in the second phase. The infrastructure and the amenities too would be built in two phases.
